That was a thing that happened today.

I met motherfucking Daniel Clowes, the comic book genius behind “Ghost World”, “David Boring”, “20th Century Eightball”, “Like a Velvet Glove Cast In Iron”, and “Ice Haven”.

He signed my copy of “Pussey!” and was really nice.

I recently proclaimed that I was “Balthazar, Bringer of Death” to someone (@christielouwho) in the library as I brought them the index cards that they needed.

I also bought a $11 pint of ice cream.  It wasn’t for me, I don’t really like ice cream that much and am kind of lactose intolerant. Whatever, seeing the way her face brightened when she opened the bag was worth more than the Rocky Votolato CD I would have bought instead for the same price.

Final papers are eating my brain…Or I’m becoming a nice person. I assume that the latter is more likely.
